Why the sessions are free right now: I'm building a portfolio in this city and I'd rather build it with real people than with staged shoots. That's the whole explanation. You get a finished photo either way.

Why you get your gallery the same night: because a photo you're excited about tonight is worth more than a better one you receive in three weeks. The batch-day format — one location, one hour of light, one set of edits — is what makes that possible.
